Hello from Erin, Sarah and Claire!
Throughout the school-aged years, neurodivergent students receive support in fostering their learning and building community. Once these young adults age out of the school system (between the ages of 18-22) they are faced with the monumental task of finding and retaining meaningful employment. Sadly, many individuals with special needs face significant barriers when it comes to finding meaningful employment throughout their working-age years.
The Spectrum Bier Team is determined to change that by providing meaningful employment and training for individuals with special needs who find meaningful employment a struggle. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to contribute their unique skills and talent to the workforce regardless of their abilities. Spectrum Bier aims to bridge this gap by establishing a craft brewery that not only produces exceptional beers but also serves as a platform for offering inclusive employment and comprehensive training programs.

UPDATE:
August 2023: We have made our first official purchase! We will be setting up a basement brew crew in the upcoming weeks! Check back for ongoing progress reports to see what we are doing.
