Speakers

Kacper Myśliński – President of the Polish Homebrewers Association (PSPD) since 2024, and previously head of the organization’s regional branch in Kraków. An experienced homebrewer and winner of numerous homebrewing competitions. Certified judge, competition organizer, and beer educator who eagerly shares his knowledge in many forms – from workshops to webinars, articles in Piwowar (The Brewer) magazine, and podcasts. Co-founder of the Italian craft brewery Birrificio Wild Raccoon, passionate about new flavors and British classics.
Jan Łepek – Executive at the Polish Homebrewers Association (PSPD) and vice president of the regional branch in Gdańsk. Certified PSPD/BJCP beer, cider, and mead judge. Former taproom manager with extensive experience collaborating with numerous Polish craft breweries. Co-organizer of homebrewing competitions and the Homebrewers Festival.
