"We finally met our doppelganger in Madrid. Every bit our brewing wild child equal, with an owl mascot just lkike our own, we simply had to meet up. A collaboration with La Quince was a no-brainer, but we agreed it had to be unorthodox and weird. You know, smart, like our owls. This beech smoked-bock is our big idea. A medium-bodied bock with hints of vanilla and caramel. This one-off's subtle smokiness is what makes it so cool! That's what happens when you ferment European hops on chips of beech wood.
