Everybody needs good neighbours. We’re lucky to have ones like Chateau Amsterdam. They gave us the 2019 grape pomace after making not one, not two, but three wines. We soaked each grape variety in a brett saison for 15 months, before blending it with fresh beer. Alice features chardonnay grapes and a dry saison. She’s been maturing in the bottle since February 2021. Noor and Rita, her sisters made with macabeo and tempranillo, are waiting to meet you.
