A modern unfiltered lager with subtle floral and spicy hop aromas and a malty body. We refermented the beer with a young actively fermenting beer. This is called kräusening: an old German technique of adding young beer to the finished beer in the tank. We used the traditional 0,5 liter bottles to give you that extra special German beer feeling.
