Dunkelweizen blackens by adding a lot of roasted malt late in the mashing process. Kind of like brewing a black IPA. Lots of color but smooth in taste. This beer is not a pariah, except that it does not fit within any existing beer style. Try to find this: a black-NEIPA-esque Dunkelweizen-Schwarzbier. Well, you get the point. In any case, enjoy!
