"Thirst things First" is a beer that was created as a collaboration between Taplokaal Gist and Brouwerij Poesiat & Kater. The intent was to make an "apertive beer". A festive bubble was needed! The Result is a light saison with a clear yeast profile. Great to start the evening at Taplokaal Gist. It might just be great with fish as well. Dryhopped with Tradition hop."
