Special version of the Worker; barrel aged for nine months on a Pedro Ximénez Sherry barrel which was used from 2016 to sweeten Macallan 1990 whisky. The still present sweetness of the sherry together with the soft whisky gives the beer an extra kick and fruity dimension. The prickly sweet, overripe peaches, dates, stone fruit taste of the Worker fits perfectly. In addition, the rye is still present and gives the beer a spicy floral taste.
