"This brewer’s favorite number one is a New England DIPA with rare ‘Eclipse’ hops at the base. I combined it with ‘Galaxy’ and ‘ Citra Cryo’. The verdant IPA yeast adds an even bolder bouquet. A fruity combination to make your lights go out. According to Niels (Chief of the brewery)."
