Fugu is our saison with Yuzu. This complex, dry beer combines the spicy yeast character of our saison blend with a hint of smoked malts and the refreshing bitter and lemon-like flavours of the Yuzu fruit. Fugu is a perfect accompaniment for all kinds of food, but is equally enjoyable on its own.

Voor CAMRA's GBBF in 2018 eenmalig afgevuld op cask/firkin.
