Our traditional Weizen is brewed using the classic decoction method – an old-school brewing technique that adds depth and complexity to the malt profile. Expect smooth notes of banana and clove, a creamy mouthfeel, and a refreshing finish. Lightly hazy, golden in color, and highly drinkable.
