Everybody needs good neighbours. We’re lucky to have ones like Chateau Amsterdam. They gave us the 2019 grape pomace after making not one, not two, but three wines. We soaked each grape variety in a brett saison for 15 months, before blending it with fresh beer. Rita features tempranillo grapes and a dry saison. She’s been maturing in the bottle since June 2021. Noor and Alice, her sisters made with macabeo and chardonnay, are waiting to meet you.
