A delightfully rich chocolate stout with notes of cinnamon, vanilla and a hint of cocoa. A characteristically soft and typically alcohol-warming mouthfeel prevails in this new variant, after which a subtle peppery tingle finally pushes this mouthfeel to the background. The freeze-distilling process of this Mexicake has resulted in a layered Eisbock.
