Kaapse Igor is a Russian Imperial Stout brewed in the classic British Tradition as they were brewed in the 18th century for export to the Imperial Russian Court. Build upon a base Golden Promise malt with a blend of four British crystal and Roast Malts. Then add a bit of Dark Muscovado Sugar. Together this results in a very special deep flavour profile. Hopped with Target, Challenger and Bramling Cross for a distinctive aroma. Fermented with an original British Ale Strain, for a smooth mouthfeel and taste.
