"We love the passionfruit, lemon/lime ice and all round summer vibe brought by Galaxy, and were super excited to get our hands on some of the 2020 hop release. Heartbreaker is built on a clean malt profile, bolstered with flaked oats and malted wheat, bittered with a significant whirlpool dose of El Dorado. Fermented with the Verdant IPA strain, Heartbreaker was dry hopped twice with a Galaxy heavy blend that includes Mosaic and El Dorado. The end result is a hazy, tropical, summery NEIPA to which you can (in the immortal words of Mariah) keep on coming back incessantly."
