"V9 features the indefatigable Citra with its intense mango punch. To complement these tropical notes we added El Dorado for some tangerine tang, and relative newcomer Idaho7 which exudes peachy stone fruit. As usual, the spoon that stirs the fruitsalad is London Ale III yeast."
