Cream Ale

The Cream Ale is a clean, pale to amber colored, well-attenuated but flavorful American-style beer. Easily drinkable and refreshing, with more character than typical American lagers. The beer is fermented warm with ale or lager yeast and lagered cold or is made by blending top and bottom-fermented beers. This hybrid style is basically an ale version of the American Lager style but with more character.
