Kvass
Beschrijving
The Kvass, or Kvas, is a traditional low-alcohol fermented Slavic and Baltic beverage commonly made by the natural fermentation of grain, such as rye, wheat, barley or from rye bread. The colour of the bread used contributes to the colour of the resulting drink. It may be flavoured with fruits or herbs.
